5.    Seraphim’s SII has revealed with the power of 530W and the size is 210mm. They have used P-Type HC Mono PERC cell type in it that delivers 20.3% efficiency.

6.    JA solar brings DeepBlue 3.0 with the 525W power rating and the size of the panels is 180mm. They have used P-Type HC Mono PERC cell type in it and guarantee the efficiency of 20.8%.
